Chara Pina

Ms. Chara Pina is a valuable member of the Pocasset tribe and has been involved with PPLT since its founding. In 2023, Ms. Pina was chosen by Chief Spring Buffalo to carry on her grandmother’s legacy as the tribal matriarch of the Beaver Clan. She is a member of The National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) and is knowledgeable about the Society of American Indian Government Employees (SAIGE).

Ms. Pina is also a military veteran with over 20 years of service and continues to support the US government as a consultant with top secret clearance.
