Objective
We work to reclaim ancestral lands for tribal stewardship.
Status
We currently steward 8½ acres of ancestral land and are in the process of purchasing 63 acres in Tiverton, RI.

As stewards for the land, we are responsible for caring, preserving, and protecting the land; using it responsibly for seven future generations.
Status
We provide training to underserved farmers and ranchers on natural resource conservation.

We support underserved farmers in developing organic and sustainable practices.
Status
We are leading three programs in the Northeast on natural resource conservation and business education for historically underserved farmers and one program on building community gardens using Indigenous farming practices.

We aim to improve the health of the indigenous and other underserved populations through culturally appropriate methods. Food is our medicine.
Status
We have supported local Indigenous communities during the Covid-19 pandemic through vaccine outreach and awareness, PPE and test kit distribution, and food delivery to families that were economically impacted. Native Americans have the highest Covid-related mortality rates of any race in the United States.

We strive to preserve and perpetuate Native American culture.
Status
We have worked with artists, Kyle Couture and Marcus Cusick on “The Heirs of the Land” mural at the New Bedford Seaport. We intend to use repatriated lands to create a tribal gathering space for powwows and other traditions.

We strive to improve the economic situation of the Native American Population.
Status
We are working with Global Village and Nichols College to improve the financial literacy of BIPOC farmers. We are looking into creating a Pocasset Memorial Site to increase tourism in the region.
